Perma-Snow is a fluffy mixture with artificial snow and just the right amount of glitter!  It dries white, satin and has the perfect sparkle. Like our other Perma-Products, Perma-Snow will dry somewhat flexible, water proof, and UV resistant.  Use it on props, sets, and costumes for a real looking snow effect.
Perma-Snow should be stored in an air tight container for a long lasting shelf life.  Perma-Snow can be thinned with a small amount of water or our Perma-Grime Clear. Due to the thickness of this product, it may take several days for your application to fully dry. We suggest using a fan to speed drying times.
